This month we’re celebrating Tanny’s birthday and the joy of Lunar New Year, a time centred around prosperity, reunion and togetherness.
To mark the occasion, we’re featuring our Crispy Aromatic Duck, a dish made for sharing. Crispy shredded duck wrapped in delicate pancakes, smothered in sweet hoisin sauce and topped with fresh cucumber and spring onion batons. It’s fun to build, delicious to eat and the perfect way to gather around the table with the people you love.
