Growing up, our parents always instilled in us the value of hard work. Our dad has always been the one who does it all, a true handyman, fixing anything and everything he could while also being whatever else the business needed. That work ethic naturally trickled down to us.

Now, we’re seeing the third generation step in, eager to be part of the journey and proud to help wherever they can. All of our children love getting involved and our oldest daughter is now at an age where her help truly makes a difference. Watching her learn alongside her parents and granddad has been incredibly special.

We’ve never shied away from our family roots. Our mum and dad, the founders, grew up in a small village in Ubon Ratchathani and they always reminded us to be proud of where our roots come from. Even after moving to the UK over 40 years ago, they made sure Thai culture stayed alive in our home.

Though the next generation of owners were born in the UK, we proudly say we’re Thai with our own twist. And now, even the third generation celebrates the many cultures that make up who they are.

Whenever we visit our parents’ hometown, we’re met with warmth, love, laughter and that special sense of togetherness. Family dinners are never without bold flavours and joyful chaos and that’s exactly what we want to share with you. The flavours… undeniably brilliant.

Bringing people together through food is at the heart of our customer experience. We work hard to keep our dishes as authentic as possible using the ingredients available here in the UK.

Our hope is that each bite transports you to that little village where our parents grew up, or to a roadside stall serving unforgettable curries and stir fries. Our relaxed atmosphere is part of that journey, a warm welcome into our family dinner table. Everyone is welcome. Let’s dig in!

Beef North East Style “Neau Nam Tok”

🌟 DID YOU KNOW? 🌟

“Neau Nam Tok” is a Northeastern Thai dish with roots in the region’s tradition of grilling meat. The name “น้ำตก” (Nam Tok) literally means waterfall, referring to the juices that drip from the beef as it cooks, creating a smoky aroma that defines the dish.

It’s closely related to laab, another famous Isaan salad, but Nam Tok is distinct because it uses grilled beef rather than minced meat. The signature ground toasted rice, herbs and chilli reflect the region’s culinary style, bold, rustic and aromatic.

It’s one of our most popular dishes and rightly so. #Delicious

Also available with pork, chicken or duck.

BONUS FACT: Authentic village style includes “น้ำดี” (nam di), bile. It adds a distinct bitter flavour. (We do not include this due to safety regulations and hygiene standards, but if you travel to rural parts of the Isaan region, be aware, they may still include this ingredient.)

The artist spent time with our parents, listening to their story, their sacrifices and their hopes for the future. Today marks one year since we lost our beloved mother, the soul behind Esarn Kheaw.

She lived with Type 2 diabetes for over 20 years and faced every challenge with strength and grace. A loving mother, grandmother and pillar of our Thai community, her kindness and spirit continue to guide us every day.

To honour her legacy, we’re raising funds for Diabetes UK, a cause close to our hearts. From 18.10.25-25.10.25 every purchase of her favourite drink “Pink Milk (Nom Chompooh)” or her infamous “Papaya Salad (Som Tam)”, we will donate 50% of those sales to Diabetes UK. Your donation, big or small, helps carry forward her light and generosity.
